These are NOT bath bombs. Due to the menthol being in them they are not for using in tubs or going near your lady parts.

How to Use: Place a shower steamer puck in the reusable mesh bag. Sprinkle water on the shower puck to activate it. Aromatherapy oils will be released. Breathe it in and relax. 

Tips: Place the bag out of direct stream of water. This allows the shower steamer to last longer.  Another option is to place the shower steamer on a tray and place the tray out of direct stream of water. This allows the essential oils to collect in the tray instead of being washed down the drain too fast. 

Depending on how long you shower our shower steamers can last 1-3 showers.
